Photography dealers, galleries, photographers and photography book dealers can all list items within the I Photo Central® gallery/bookstore database and set up their own web pages utilizing this feature.

In order to use this feature on the dealer's own individual website, they must host the site on our server. There is generally no additional charge for this hosting arrangement, and you can still keep your own domain name, if you so choose.

You can also just maintain your inventory in I Photo Central® and maintain your site completely separately but with a link to and from I Photo Central®. The cost is generally the same, whichever approach you choose. We do recommend that for the best selling opportunities you maintain your individual site on our server and use the database for your inventory on both sites.

If you go with one of our regular style's on your own website, the one-time set-up/enrollment fee is currently only $500 (see: www.vintageworks.net for an example of the typical site included for this fee). There is an additional monthly maintenance fee of $250. These charges will be billed monthly to your credit card. A minimum of a one-year contract is required. If you wish additional custom work on your site, it will be billed at $100 per hour additional.

The number of images you can database for this price is up to 500. Above 500 images, a small incremental monthly fee is added ($50/mo. per 500 additional). You may change your images and text as many times as you would like with no additional charges, and as frequently as you wish. You have pass-word-protected access to your complete database of images and/or books.

For the set-up fee you are provided a basic three-page front-end web site or help with integration of your own site with the database gallery. More extensive web design services are available at a per hour rate.
 

Photography dealers, galleries and photographers

You can also supplement your database gallery with "Special Exhibits" pages. These pages allow you to highlight from 4 to 28 images, plus include areas for your copy information, including exhibit dates, times, essay, bio information, etc. If you include the images in your database gallery, they will be clickable and will allow viewers to purchase directly from the page. There is no additional fee to put such an exhibit up on your own site, and the price is only $250 for the first three months on I Photo Central®, and then you can either shift the display over to your own web site or pay an additional $50 per month. You will also get a free logo-link listing in the Photography Calendar of Events Web Exhibition section (a savings of $200). (Please note that if you sign up in 2003, you will receive two Special Exhibits on I Photo Central® and all your Calendar logo-links are free of charge for at least the first year.
 

Early-Adapter Program

Dealers who join I Photo Central® by March 31, 2004 will get a lot of great benefits:

  1. Any one joining the program by March 31, 2004 will get their first month's maintenance fees paid by us during set-up. (Value: $250.00).
  2. Sign up by March 31, 2004 and get two "Special Exhibit" pages on I Photo Central® for up to three months and logo-link enhancements in I Photo Central's Calendar of Events free of charge (Value: up to $2900.00) for a year.
  3. Sign up by March 31, 2004 and get up to 2,000 images instead of the basic 500 for your first year (Value: up to $1800.00).
  4. Sign up by March 31, 2004, and get at least two pictures featured in I Photo Central's "Image of the Week" during the following year (Value: $500.00).
Sign up this year and possibly get well over $5,000 in additional marketing services.

Event Listing Enhancements

Any organization can get a free listing in the Photography Calendar of Events area. Just mail, fax or email the event's dates, times, address/phone number, title reception and/or preview information and the organization's name. This applies to:

To get an enhanced logo-link listing, which allows you to have a logo (200 pixels wide X 80 pixels high maximum) which is linkable to your own website, you should contact us. The cost is $200 each and runs until your event is over. If you do not have a web page for this event, we can provide a pop-up page for your logo link for an additional $200. This pop-up page will include further details on the event plus images.

Museums and Non-Profit Institutions that provide us reciprocal links can get their first logo-link listing free.

Web Exhibits with specific time duration can also be listed in this section, but only with the logo-link enhancement at $200.

Any organization that makes use of our Special Exhibits page will get a pop-up listing free of charge.

Resource Links

Under the Collecting Issues and Resource section of the I Photo Central's® web portal, you can get a link with full address, phone, fax, email and (if you have one) clickable website link information. The cost is $450 for an entire year. To get a three-page web site to link to, add another $600 one-time set-up fee. For article sponsorship programs or more extensive site design, please contact us.

- Associations to Join (make it easy for collectors, curators and dealers to find your association)
- The Insider's Guide to Buying and Selling Photographs (perfect for auction houses, auction price guides, on-line auction sites, shipping companies, etc.)
-Books for a Basic Photography Collecting Library (a great spot for bookstores to be listed)
- Tax Issues (a way for accountants, accounting software programs, appraisers and others to reach collectors, dealers, and museums when they are thinking about the numbers and the IRS)

Logo Banner Advertising

This program is offered on a $1,600/$2,000/$2,800/$3,200/$5,000 per quarter basis. You must provide a logo in a jpeg format. These are fixed position logo ads: 115 x 60 pixels (1/4 banner), 150 x 60 pixels (1/3 banner), 230 x 60 pixels (1/2 banner), 310 x 60 pixels (2/3 banner), or 468 x 60 pixels (full banner). All are clickable to your web site. Estimated number of impressions is approximately 100,000-120,000 per quarter. These logo banners are placed at the top of the search engine page for maximum impressions.

Banner Advertising

This program is offered on a $30.00 per 1,000 impressions basis, plus a small art charge for banner art production, if necessary. The art charge will be quoted based on your needs. These are fixed position and rotated ads (468 x 60 pixels). Call to discuss details and placement. Most special sections (see resource links above for a list of some of the sections) are available. Minimum placement is for 50 M impressions.
