About This Image
Great metal work on buttons, belt buckle, collar and shoulder braids, etc. Light tinting to flesh and lips. A wonderful plate with dirt on inside of glass. The plate looks much better than the scan. Remnants of original seals. Photographer has etched his name at the bottom of the plate. Conty is listed in Voignier as being a daguerreotypist who worked in Dijon in the 1850s.
Shipping and insurance costs will be added to the price and must be paid for by the buyer. Pennsylvania buyers must pay appropriate local sales tax. International clients are responsible for their VAT and other custom's oriented charges.
