About This Image
A beautiful still life of flowers. Signed in pencil on the recto of the mount just below the print. Pierre Auradon was Jean-Marie Auradon's brother. He exhibited his work in many important salons of the day, including the Societe Francaise de Photographie's Salon International d'Art Photographique de Paris of 1930, 1931 and 1936. His nude work was published in "Nus", an influential photography publication that contained the work of many of the top photographers of the early 1950s. His work is in the collections of the Societe Francaise de Photographie and the French Bibliotheque Nationale.
