About This Image
Unique print. Used in LIFE 6/81, p.85 for cover story, "Remapping the Heavens, From Our Space Probes: A New Picture Atlas of the Planets." The edge of Jupiter and its ring are illuminated from behind by the eclipsed sun. The ring appears fragmented because it was created from a sequence of Voyager 2 photographs combined into a mosaic.
Shipping and insurance costs will be added to the price and must be paid for by the buyer. Pennsylvania buyers must pay appropriate local sales tax. International clients are responsible for their VAT and other custom's oriented charges.
