Phillips de Pury & Company has announced two promotions in the photographs department.
Vanessa Kramer has been appointed worldwide head of photographs. She will assume her new role effective immediately, overseeing both the creative and business aspects of a united global department. She also continues to be head of photographs, New York. Kramer has been with the company five years, including the last year and a half overseeing the New York team.
Louise Proud has been appointed head of photographs, London. She was previously a Senior Specialist of photography.
Phillips de Pury & Company, London is also showing "Safe", an exhibition of 46 portrait photographs by Nick Haddow, which will run from Nov.19-28. The images will be sold at an exclusive charity dinner and auction on Nov. 23, in association with Chanel and hosted by Emma Thompson and Simon de Pury, to benefit the Helen Bamber Foundation.
